Condition - Box has been opened but card packs are still sealed.  Minor shelf wear to box, mostly corner rubs.

Basic Game Play - is a Train or Railroad themed Rummy type game
2-6 players, ages 8 to adult
"Express is as easy to learn as rummy. Players start with a one-car train and build on their meld to maximize points and bonuses. But players must be wary of train wrecks and derailments. Unique play allows partners to pass key cards to each other during the game."

I have not played the game, but looks like it would be a fun game for a "family game night".
