Looks like a huge rounded roof gymnasium or other large hall, but since the card is unused with no postmark, I do not know the location.  I did try to locate online where the 29th. and 31st. Regiments were located at the time, but no luck...
If you look at it with a magnifying glass, you can see that there are people (maybe the officers?) also on the balcony all the way in the background, & balcony front has a row of painted soldiers on it. Card is unused, and is slightly curled and has some little cracks in the finish (see close up photos below), but still really not too bad.
