Kinda kitschy cool desk top souvenir pen holder in the shape of the state of Florida. Sort of a plastic or acrylic cast (like a paperweight) material with chunks of abalone shell embedded inside with the word "Florida" in gold.  Tag on bottom - DESIGN GIFTS INTERNATIONAL 1974 MADE IN USA.  Has a few scratches, but overall look pretty good.
Base measures about 6" end to end and about 3/4" thick.
