These are just the prettiest little small binoculars or opera glasses with a very girly pink decorative finish.  Looks like an imitation very pink mother of pearl over back painted or enameled metal.  Marked made in Occupied Japan.  Screw turns in center to adjust length (you can see on photos below the silver part that shows when extended all the way.)   There is a "ding" at the edge of one of the rims on front.  I would doubt was made that way, but odd damage (again, see below in the one close-up).
So not perfect, but still a real pretty vintage pair for use and /or display.
