Not really too sure what this is exactly... Is an old photo postcard with what to me looks like a bombed, or at the very least quite damaged building with 3 men, possibly police or some kind of military or security uniforms.  The only indication of where if was from is that on the back it is marked .50 Lei.  I was in Romania many years ago & I remembered the currency.  Was with other cards mostly from the early 1900's but a few as late as 1950's & 1960's.   Sorry I can't tell you any more about it, but if anyone happens to share any additional info about it, I'll add it to this listing.  Does have some dings and scratches, but the photo part still looks pretty good with good contrast.
