Real nice set of screw back earrings with matching pin.  This set is marked Sterling on back of pin and earrings.
From an estate where jewelry items varied in age & were purchased all over the world.
Earrings measure about 3/4" across & larger matching pin is about 1 1/8" across. 
In this area, Pennsylvania Dutch Country, I'd consider them to be a simple petal hex sign design, but could also have been just a basic ornamental design. 
Center circle is raise with cut-out petals.
