Unique old pin of a Navy sailor's head.  Can't find any listed anywhere online like him...
Mixed opinions, so not sure if is bakelite with celluloid collar or some other combination of unknown plastic or resin type materials they used to use.  As you can see, I have not cleaned him up at all. Has cracks on his face & could sure use some touch-up paint to camouflage them.  The off white, collar part in the pack is a thinner material than the rest of him.   He is about 1 1/4" tall.   From an estate sales/auction, so I do not know the age of the piece.
